What package did you go with…? Is the gold worth the extra couple hundred…? 2 layers vs 4…?

I plan to keep the car 3 years, so the lifetime warranty doesn’t make my pants tight, but I guess it could help with resale value…? A0B73A40-109E-4AA0-8101-2BFE99C9ED4A.jpg

Quality Ceramic coatings only require 1-2 layers max anything more is BS marketing by either the installer or the coating company marketing team.

Heated IR a coating is not needed if you keep the dry for the first 24 hrs. I detail and apply ceramic coatings. I used Gyeon, Gtechniq and Kamikaze coatings after extensive wash, clay decontamination, and paint correction. All car need paint correction, even brand new cars because manufacturers and dealerships create horrible defects and scratches.

Remember PPF will protect from rocks but it will also need to be maintained. You can apply coatings on top of PPF but nothing is bulletproof against scratches. Some may make that claim but, it is 100% not true.

No Finish will look as good as the day it is done without proper wash and maintenance. Most of my clients come back every 3 years for a complete detail that returns the same looks as the day I first did the car.

I am in PA also. West Chester.

Having worked with multiple, what ceramic coating do you recommend for consumers?

Gyeon MOHS or PURE are both very good coatings that anyone can install themselves with very little guidance.

If you can wash and wax a car you can coat a car. The hard part that takes time to learn and master is paint correction with machines and different compound polishes.

How many days would you need the car to do paint correction and coating...?

People drop off after work on Fridays or early morning Saturday and pick up Sunday afternoon. Shoot me a DM and we can talk about your car.
