#3 misfire 2.0t

Have a trouble misfire code that doesn't seem to want to be diagnosed. 2008 audi a4 b7 2.0 Has p0303 code, installed injectors, plugs, packs, pcv valve, harness plug connector. Will be doing a compression test later in the week. Does anyone have any other ideas as to what to dive into. Was thinking it's electrical since when I put new plugs in 3 plugs were getting spark and the other one is not.

Swap the ignition coil of #3 with its neighboring coil to see if the code becomes P0302 or P0304. If yes, then just a bad coil. Yes, compression test will be most definitive.
