    2017 A6 TPMS questions

Just purchased my first Audi. 2017 Audi A6. I noticed there is no display for tire pressure? It will only tell me when a tire is low, and it isn't even specific as to which one? This seems like a basic feature that every single base model domestic vehicle has. Am I missing something?

Disregard, I just figured this one out with the indirect TPMS. Nice system, but I think I would rather have actual sensors in the tires.

Double-edged sword with added costs for wheel changes. The physical sensors do auto-sync as long as they are the right ones, but dealer prices on the sensors is high. 90% of the users would likely rather tell the system to register the right pressure during wheel changes.

I have 3 vehicles with direct sensor based TPMS (nissan/mazda/mercedes) - none show pressures (sold a B6 passat last week that was the same). Waste of technology!. I like the indirect much better even though the Autel sensors only run about $30 and I have their TPMS tools to do cloning etc. I just installed one on a 09 A5 recently.
