back end feels loose and sways like crazy over bumps

at speeds above 40mpg, when i hit a bump in the rear with one wheel (for instance, a manhole cover in the road that drops down a bit) my back end seems to sway way too much, it feels uneasy. I havent had time to get it in the air and look at it but what could cause this feeling, end links loose or different lengths?

also, separate issue. Buddy was behind, said one of rear wheels looks like its whoobling, looked at it in the mirror when driving and it defintiely does whooble, question is could that be from the spacers and the wheel being put on with the spacer not centered or is this a bent wheel issue? I barely drive my car so i would have remember hitting a hole so hard that it could have bent my wheel, and i had them rebalanced a month ago and the shop would have seen the wheel not being straight i assume.

If this has started after you had the wheels rebalanced, it may be the wheel wasn't remounted on your spacer correctly - that should be a very easy thing to check.

It was doing that before the rebalance, a diff friend did ttell me my wheel was wobbling before and i totally forgot to check it but ill check it out ans see, but the wheel wobbles ( side to side ) so just to my limited understanding a not centered spacer would cause a side to side wobble, also it seems unlikely that it would cause my rear end to feel really loose and unstable, plus is that possible if they are hub centric spacers? Im not sure but i wasn't thinking of the spacer because their hub centric.
