B5 A4 interior door handles

Is there a way I can clean these up? Or does anyone know if I can buy new ones? They ruin the whole interior. Car is Australian right hand drive. Also what colour is this trim? 20221121_093939.jpg
Edit- I found some online at carid.com but they are out of stock and I'm unsure if they have right hand drive sets.

Steam them, use a soft bristle brush with the steam, wipe down with a cleaner youve tested on the same material to ensure its not painted and will remove paint.

I ended up using mothers speed interior detailer to get the grime off but they need refinishing because it's worn down to the bare plastic over time. I still can't find any right hand drive ones for sale so I'll have to try and get them repaired.
