Contemplating Q8 Prestige with some cosmetic damage and other TLC

Looked at a Q8 Prestige yesterday. Attached photos show some cosmetic damage on the rear bumper, driver's side door/quarter panel and the bottom right front bumper. Any ideas on ballpark body repair in SoCal?

It also needs new tires and pads + rotors. I'm estimating about $10K to negotiate with the seller and it has 33K miles.

Is the Adaptive Chassis Package with air suspension worth it? I'm kinda torn between a few other purchase options favoring all the sweet tech (especially the air suspension on the Adaptive Chassis Package).

If you decide to go for it, I just listed a new rear valance in the classifieds…btw, having had both, adaptive chassis is so worth it.
