Just bought 2011 Audi A5, six speed 2.0T all cash deal… Vehicle is aesthetically in pristine condition… Drove for two weeks, and after some rough idle upon pulling into work one day, a nice plume of white smoke appeared at the rear… Immediately turned off the vehicle suspecting I would do damage if I kept it running, went to the backend and saw a nice black basketball sized puddle located immediately behind the exhaust pipe.
Again, in an effort to not do any damage to the car, I had it picked up and delivered to my house. After some reading and research, I ordered a new PCV and replaced… checked and replaced all the spark plugs (the old ones were completely black and covered with carbon buildup.) later, with persistence of the original problem, placed the fuel rail sensor. Replaced cold air intake filter as it was dirty. Still showing these fault codes:
P0301 – cylinder one misfire detected
Audi 2.0T
PO53F - Cold start fuel pressure performance.
P2293 - fuel pressure regulator two
performance
Before going any farther, I wanted to get some input from some fellow Audi vehicle owners… Please advise as it seems most threads I’m reading on here have some very valuable insight into issues like this one I am currently battling. I am located in Chattanooga Tennessee (south east region of the US anyone knows or has a suggestion as to what my next steps may be or a valuable tech in the area that could be of some help I would forever be grateful! Thanks for your time and consideration, and look forward to hearing back from you
