    Major issue with MTM USA

    Has anyone else have had issues with receiving products purchased from MTM USA? Its been over 5 months since I spent over $4,000 in mods for my rsq8 and I have not received anything I purchased as of yet. At first they were really responsive, letting me know the products I purchased where on back order and their last response over a month ago was what I ordered was on their next shipment from Germany. Now the last few weeks they have not replied to any of my emails and when I call no one answers or I get put on hold which I waited almost 30mins before I hung up. Now Im left to disputing the charge with my credit card company, unfortunately my credit card company said if MTM disputes my claim there is nothing my credit card company can do other than I will have to seek counsel to get my money back. Note to self dont use discover to make purchases.

    How can your Cc say this? Doesn't the vendor need to provide proof that they send the product to even think about disputing?

    Unless there was a prior agreement on the product delay.

    Yea this makes no sense. I don't see how MTM can dispute your claim against them unless they provide some kind of proof (i.e. shipping/tracking info from Germany). I don't know Discover's terms & conditions but I would dispute the charge now rather than later. If MTM is already providing this kind of service I can't imagine how'd they respond once you have parts in hand should you need any troubleshooting of some kind.

    Yes same issue... ordered an RS Grill for my B9 S4, and Wagner Intercooler in July. Kayla replied back , but apparently she is no longer with MTM. Repeated calls/emails/chats to MTM sales produced no reply as of this week. Due to non-shipment, I submitted a dispute with Citi, but it was "Denied by the Vendor". Very shady, and I have re-opened my case with Citi.

    Same thing happened to me. Call citi bank back, the deny was an automated response from mtm merchant services. When i got the charge back on my chase sapphire, they looked further into the denial and saw it was an generic response to my dispute. It took 7 months but Chase finally sent me a letter stating they validate my dispute and closed it out and I would no longer be charged back by MTM. Stay far far away from this company. I think the company went out of business and they just left their website up. Even Chase couldn’t get ahold of anyone as well as their own merchant services.

    I have had the same issue with them i ordered the stage 4 Kit for my RSQ8 in November of 2022 and last communication was in January 2023 my turbos were in route from Germany then they ghosted me no response to phone calls, texts or emails since. I am also working with my CC company to dispute the charge. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

    Iirc their licenses to operate in the US from MTM has been pulled.
    No one has seen or heard from them down here in Miami area
