Bought these December '21, and have now had a full year to evaluate. I'm in Northern Virginia and we definitely get all four seasons, although we tend to get a lot of rain and 4-6" of snow during any given "average" snowstorm 3-4 times a season.
Here are my notes:
- Incredibly quiet compared to any tire I've ever used on the Q7. I've tried most brands at least once and these absolutely rock in terms of being quiet.
- Great dry traction. These aren't "track" tires or "extreme performance" by any means. I'm a VERY spirited driver and I feel extremely confident on these tires.
- Rain performance inspires confidence. High resistance to hydroplaning provides a very confident wet driving experience in my experience. I'm quite pleased in this regard.
- Snow/Ice: These won't compete with "Winter/Snow" tires obviously, but for the suburbanite, I've been especially happy with the performance. They are grippy and most importantly, they're predictable. I'm pleased with their performance.
- I've only had them for a year, but they appear to be wearing slowly and evenly. I'm due for another rotation in a month, but so far they all measure within 1/32".
Overall, I'm happier with these over any of my previous choices. YMMV, but they've earned my recommendation.
