Not going IE anymore as they don't have anything past stage 2, so it appears looks like i'll be going
the 034 stage 2+ route , particularly because they offer the 25% discount when switching tunes.
A few things
1) 034 has a 30 day trial, no questions asked return period
2) Since you're 6MT - When you flash over, you're going to want to pay attention to 1st gear at low speeds - it's jerky AF due to their enhanced, remapped pedal. It was "unlivable" level jerky, and I'm surprised no one else complained about it until me.
3) I reported this issue and worked with 034 on feeedback to help them develop the "throttle smoothing file". On my car it's called the Beta 7.02 file. I asked for a 3rd set of revisions; but, they said they didn't think any more refinements were necessary. I will say it's a huge improvement over their normal files. It's very livable, and the low speed jerky/bucking/heavy engine break feel in 1st gear is a lottttt less common. It does still occur; but, it's mainly at a specific miles and if you're in the range of 0-20% throttle. I think the speeds are like 6mph and 12mph.
4) To get this file, all you have to do is email
[email protected] and request the specific file you need and octane and that it needs to be the throttle mapping file.
