Symphony I radio stuck in SAFE mode

Hello guys, so I have a double DIN symphony radio and cant pass SAFE mode. I know the code, no need to call dealer.

So I went to the menu where 1000 numbers appeared, then I removed battery. I guess this was considered an unsuccessful attempt, and I think the previous owner entered the wrong code once. After that I left on 12V (radio on bench) for a bit more than an hour but still cant get out from SAFE option.

Does anybody knows what should be done in order to able to unlock it? When im turning it on, i see a number two for a sec. I uploaded a video about it here:

Have you tried leaving it in on the car? There may have to be power to not just switched or constant power but both.

If you failed the SAFE attempts , there should be a number 2 or 2 || lines on the display somewhere, if so you need to leave the radio on for 1 hour then you can attempt to enter code again.
Have you actually verified you had it on for 1 hour + on the bench though?

Do you come back to the unit and it’s powered off? I found that when I had a head unit on the bench that I had to keep touching a dial or button so it wouldn’t turn off. I had to do this for an hour until it came out of safe mode.
