Exhaust Valves Malfunction Perhaps?

Hey Guys - I noticed upon cold starts lately that the exhaust valves were a bit out of sync, actually I don't think they are working correctly at all. Upon cold start the driver side valve opened while the passenger side remained shut and once the revs dropped to normal idle the driver side one went rogue and cycled a good 4-5 times between close and open, and then did it again after 3min. This also happened when I'm sitting at a traffic light idling and I can hear the constant open/close 4-5 times. Doesn't seem normal, do the controllers tend to crap the bed or could this be something else perhaps? Thanks!

Mine has done the same thing... Also curious. It doesn't do it every time, though. Maybe once a month. I unplugged them for now.

I swapped the springs and mine have been fine since. I have a video on it, pretty easy job. Mine mostly made noise when cold, sometimes just on startup other times when driving around cold.

I think we are experiencing a different problem. Not the spring rattle, as I've already changed out my springs.

It's where the valve cycles from open to closed repeatedly for 5-6 cycles, then returns to a closed position, and then cycles again after 2-3 minutes.

It's very odd and extremely frustrating, especially since one of my favorite features of the 034 tune is that it keeps the valves open at idle.
