Figured I’d make a new thread just to really try to specify my issue and see if anybody here could help me figure something out. Basically issue is the car will crank all day but always has trouble actually starting and running. There are a few things I’ve noticed that seem to make the car start up, the first thing is it usually will actually start better in colder weather, but it still cranks forever. Sometimes I have to sit in the car and crank it, fake key out, and crank it again for around 5 minutes. I’ve replaced CPS, coolant temp sensor, fuel pump, checked spark, fuel pressure is fine, and it doesn’t seem to give me any codes as to what could be wrong. I manual swapped this car about a year ago and it’s always done this since after the swap (bought it for $450 with a dead automatic), and was maybe thinking something could be wrong with my wiring but everything seems fine, and operates fine. Another consistency I’ve noticed is it will always actually fire up and run when the voltmeter reads around 9 volts when it is being cranked. Sorry the post is a little drawn out but I figured I would try to give as much detail as possible to get some assistance for what to try next.
TLDR : 2.7t cranks but won’t start, have tried all the normal culprits to repair.
