Hello everyone, new to the group here

I have a 2018 Audi S4 29,000 miles, i'm having this high pitched sound, seems like coming at the back of A/C vents,
this sound is intermittent and only happens when accelerating, it stopped for like a month and i heard it again this morning, anyone else experience this?
