on Thursday evening around 5:30 (which is now pitch black in Wisconsin) I was driving on some back farm roads to pick up my daughter, going about 60 MPH on a 2 lane road that lots of times has decent sized trucks going down it as well. It was also a rain/sleet mixture

I've seen plenty of deer before, but always with 15-20 yards to react, so nothing too crazy.

This time at the ultimate last second , which I am estimating 10-15 feet I see a deer out the corner of my left eye. out of pure instinct and luck I slam on the breaks and the back tires spin out sending me into the other lane on the road. thank god the cars on the other side were about 100-150 yards away and I was able to get back to the other side.

Honestly ZERO idea how this car stopped in time, I don't know what would've happened if I hit the deer at the speed but I am feeling really grateful for having this car and having breaks powerful enough to stop in time. Had I been in my wife 2015 q3 I can almost guarantee I would've had a pretty bad accident.

to summarize - I love this car
