Remove CD Player Shelf from Glove Box?

Perhaps a stupid question, but how does one remove the shelf at the top of the glove box that once held the CD player? It looks like it should just slide out, but I’m getting resistance, though I don’t see any clips, screws, or the like holding it in?

I need to get behind it to change the wiring harness for my dash cam, which routes into the passenger side fuse compartment.

Thanks, but, unfortunately, the manual for my car doesn't show removal -- just how to open and close the little port for cooling the glove compartment. There's nothing about shelf removal (indeed, it illustrates the shelf with CD changer installed).

I see you have a 2018, whereas I have a 2017...perhaps they updated the publication when (if) they stopped offering the CD changer as an option? Would you mind taking a picture of your manual and posting it here for my reference? Thanks!
