    Bucking during hard acceleration

Hi, I am hoping for help/advice. I had to replace an engine on my 2.0 B7 A4 avant Quattro, 6-speed stick shift. Stage 1 APR tuned, with high flow air filter and high flow catalytic converter. For 1/2 years after replacing the engine, the car of was running well, but all of a sudden started to jerk/ buck upon hard acceleration. No issues with slow accelerations, only when I floor the gas pedal. OBDeleven was only showing codes related to fuel pressure. I have changed LPFP, cam follower, fuel filter, and fuel pressure sensors. The fuel pressure-related codes have disappeared, but the issue remains, and now I am getting a multi-cylinder & cylinder 1 misfire. Changed spark plugs/coils, which resulted in a peppier throttle response but did not fix the issue. The turbo boost seems to be OK. The new engine had only 50k on it. I am out of ideas on how to diagnose/fix the problem. Will appreciate suggestions.

My experience with 2.0Ts is limited, but is it possible that it's related to a cam or crank sensor? I had problems with bucking when I had a shorted out crank sensor that the ECU thought was a bad Cam pos sensor.

That makes sense, thank you! but I would expect to get a code with a faulty sensor, no? Is there a way to test it other than putting in a new sensor?
