    Battery charging issues

Been seeing a fuel trim lean code twice in two months, then today started the car and it was running rough then got a sport diff malfunction and electrical system malfunction . I took that as a hint that my battery was dying. Replaced the factory AGM battery with another AGM battery from O'Reilly and coded it using obdeleven. Kept the same battery type (fleece) and manufacturer, just changed the SN, updated Ah from 75 to 70 on the new batt, and saved. Problem is its not charging. Obdeleven shows 11.5v with the car running, and it's still running rough and throwing codes. Static current high code is due to my dashcam parking mode.

3 options as I see it:
    I coded the battery wrong
    Bad fuse somewhere
    Dead alternator

    Open to suggestions

    Edit:
Also, the first time I got the CEL for fuel trim, the logs were absolutely littered with databus missing message or databus error value received. Some of them note a voltage at terminal 30 and the voltage during these events was low, like 11.7v. This also factored into my thinking that it was time for a new battery. The 2nd time I got the CEL a few days ago these messages weren't present.

I have coded it different way. I have changed battery manufacturer to new one, let the original "SN" (which is called BEM and has nothing to do with SN) and updated Ah.
    No problem here.
