What PN is this bolt and why is it missing?

As I was doing my first oil change with my new extracter (one of the best purchases i've made) I noticed there was a bolt missing. Just curious if anyone knows the PN and if it's important to replace right away. It's a bolt located to the right of the oil filter by where the oil dipstick would be. Bought this car used so really curious as to what work was done for that bolt to be removed. I think that would would also lead me to the PN I need. unnamed (2).jpg

Nothing goes there. You’ll notice quite a few of them on the block.

They’re blanks, they are where sensors / hoses connect to the block for the other platforms (2.9TT, for example).

Lol, the only reason I thought it was missing was I was referencing a video and could have sworn I saw something in there. Thanks Alderman
