Has anyone done a RS style front grille to their B8.5 Allroad? or know if the allroad grille is different than the A4 sedan/estate.

I have a 13 as well. The Allroad grille is different. To what degree I don't know but the people I talked to said there would be cutting and some creative attachment scheme would be in order. I have other issues to attend to first but if you figure something out, let us know. I'd be in for it.

For now my plan is to fill the plate holder holes and paint the whole thing black. But, other things first.

So it seems very different, mostly at the bottom. Black is for the sedan, silver for the Allroads.

Thank you for the response and I agree that they do seem different. I reached out to Twenty Two Tuning to see if the grille they offer would work and they responded that it would. I plan to give them a call later today to clarify. When I searched the website I entered the y/m/m as '13 alroad and it came up. In my email i repeated y/m/m with a link and the response was that it would in fact fit the "A4 Allroad' which confused me because I thought that refers only to the 17+ allroad

AFAIK, no one offers a grille to fit B8.5 Allroad. I have searched for this extensively. Others have done the modifications mentioned above:
    - either trim the bumper to fit the A4 grille
    - or cut out the mesh portion from A4 grille, remove the inner parts of Allroad grille and affix the mesh to the Allroad grille frame.

The A4AR radiator grill is differently constructed vs the A4/A4Q/A5CO/A5CA radiator grills. To make an RS style one, with only the A4AR as the possible market scope, just can't see anyone undertaking that setup cost for so little sales units.

Someone on Instagram was making them for $1,200 each. Not sure they actually sold any though. A few have done it. Seems like retrofitting the allroad fenders to an s-line or rs front bumper is a more viable option.

Yep, that is exactly my plan whenever I get around to it.
