Headlight Range Control Defective

Just got the "Headlight Range Control Defective" error pop up on my 2015 Q5 TDI with approximately 129K miles

When I VAG-COM my car, I got the following error

1 Fault Found:
01535 - Control Circuit for Right Headlight Range Adjusting Motor (V49)
010 - Open or Short to Plus - Intermittent
Freeze Frame:
Fault Status: 00101010
Fault Priority: 3
Fault Frequency: 1
Reset counter: 146
Mileage: 206851 km
Time Indication: 0
Date: 2022.11.05
Time: 10:46:24

Any thoughts on the issue and/or solution? Anyone else experienced this issue in the past?

Update: it turns out that both my headlight bulbs were damaged. Replace both and no issues for 3k miles now.
