    2012 a6 3.0t running rich

Hi everyone I知 new here and I have a 2012 Audi a6 3.0t 12mpg city and a little higher highway running rich on both banks with no codes. The reason I know I知 running rich is because I can smell the exhaust and the upstream wideband o2 is reading low voltage and the downstream narrowband sensor is reading up to .900v rarely goes to .800v. My stft and ltft are positive when I believe they should go lean from the o2 reading. I have changed o2 sensors I have replaced the cats with magnaflow oem grade direct fit with no cat efficiency codes, new spark plugs, new pcv, new intake manifold gaskets, new map sensors, new coolant temp sensor, new oem fuel filter in the tank and had injectors flow tested and cleaned. I removed the spark plugs not even 1000 miles and they are turning black from all the extra fuel. Thanks in advance

Based on what I just googled, clean the MAF and put a new air filter in. If you have a CAI with a cone type filter you could run into problems with an over oiled filter that manages to fowl the MAF. Other indications is possibly a faulty HPFP that might be leaking down. It sounds like you have addressed all the other potential problems

Hey thanks for the reply but my engine doesn稚 have a Mass air flow sensor and I have the stock air filter.

No it is not. I知 wondering why the ecu isn稚 cutting back on fuel with those o2 voltage reading rich.

Do you think a tune will help with running rich?

In a lot of cases, doesn't this almost always trace back to O2 sensors that need replacing?

Next weekend I'm going to get it replaced! I have a few issues after 6 to 7 months later, not test driving!
