TT from bumper conversion

My TT has the bumper that has the big two bumps on the front. I’ve seen some MK2 TT have a different bumper. Did they do a mid generation facelift?
Anyways my questions is, can I put a MK2 TT bumper without the bumps onto my mine? Or would I have to change the hood and headlights?

I believe the bumps are Canada spec, as I've only seen them there. Not sure what is behind it. If it's for safety then I would assume you have a larger crash bar, which you'd have to swap out.
