    Don't go no-reserve. I have to imagine they'll always push for that. Your car is beautiful. It'd be a gut punch to have this thing sell for peanuts.

    I did a vehicle on Cars and Bids before. They pushed me to go No Reserve but I didn't. I'm glad I did because it didn't get to where I wanted. Ended up getting what I wanted for it in a separate private sale.

    That's what I'm thinking. I don't feel a $19k reserve is unreasonable. I'll hold to that and see if they accept the car.

    It makes sense that they'd push for no reserve. They don't care how much you make as long as they make something on the transaction.

    here is my 2 cents, Dont sell it for now.

    In my opinion, you are not going to get anywhere close to your asking. 15 if you're lucky! Not because I don't think it's worth it. Having owned one of these, this is a great deal knowing all the big ticket items on this platform were just done (control arms, carbon cleanup etc) and a new clutch/flywheel. Sick deal!
    But the sad bit is not a lot of people are going to recognize this and there just isn't a market big enough for these cars. Nor is there a cult like following for these like some M3s and RS4s.

    You are counting on a unicorn buyer who appreciates a manual S5 with the V8. Not impossible, but unlikely (at your selling price). most people want the 3.0t for the BIG power mods.
    I think you've got a great driver's car on your hands (especially with the mods). It's got a great B&O stereo, I'm sure that shifter feels amazing with those mods. Go take some long road trips, drive it, launch it, enjoy it! Get your money's worth and sell it in a year or two. You'll probably get about the same that you are being offered right now.
