Secondary Air Injection insufficient flow

I have a suspicion my combi valves are blocked after failing a readiness code and comes up with secondary air injection insufficient flow.
Iv taken up the pipe from the pump and opened up the combi valves with a vacuum pump and find it very hard to blow into once they are open.

I’m gonna try take the pipes off the valves them selves to see if there is a blockage within the pipe it self but is there a way I can just spray something in there with a air compressor to de gunk it?
Possibly brake cleaner of some sort? Or will this damage my cats?

Ok.. so I got the pipes off the COMBI valves and seems to be no restriction of flow in the pipe so its 100% the valve.
Not sure how much flow there is suppose to be but its not really free flowing.
Thinking of jsut blasting carbi cleaner down it with compress air
Any reason why I shouldn’t do this?
To remove the valves you have to take the whole cat off
