    Leaking coolant tank or hose?

Working on a 3.0t. After installing new plugs I noticed the bottom coolant hose that connects to the coolant tank is leaking. Just wondering if it’s usually the hose or the tank that fails? Doesn’t look like it would have an O ring? Thanks I’m advance.

Inspect both for cracks. The hard plastic lines can be brittle over time. The tanks crack but typically discolor first. If it’s leaking at the union between hose and tank I would guess hose.

Okay thanks for the reply. Bought a new tank just in case probably should just buy the hose while I’m in there.
