Tyre pressure 19" Audi S3 cabriolet

My S3 cabriolet has factory 19" tyres 235/35/19
Sticker on the door states 44 front 41 rear for tyre pressures( pics of 3 people and one suitcase)
Manual states the 3 people and a case means upto 3 people and a case.
I'm only one who uses the car, never have passengers.
I know the cab is heavier than the saloon.
So I'm just curious what pressure you guys are running any feedback would be great.
I have always with other cars gone off the sticker as it's obviously been researched by manufacturer, what should I do go factory or go 38 all round or 42/39.

Ive just always gone by the door sticker unless i was at a track day and there was a reason to do something different.

My 2016 S3 says 44psi for both front and rear. Car came with the Black Optics package so that means the 19s with sportier tires.

44psi front/rear is for a fully loaded car (5 passengers and loaded trunk)

I have 19" aftermarket wheels with 235/35/19 tires and I always fill mines to 39 psi. It's the psi my dealership always puts it in for service and I feel it's just about right. I did 41 before and the ride felt harsh and less compliant on the road.
