    TPMS retrofit 2006 A4 sedan

Is it possible to add TPMS to my A4? So far I have found out that there needs to be the control module (8E0-907-273-A) and the antenna (8E0907277), and then 4 wheel sensors. I work at a tire shop so I can add the sensors no problem. The module and antenna are about $40 each on eBay. Has anyone done this before? I found lots of threads on fixing and removing TPMS, but nothing helpful about retrofitting. I will check myself when I get a chance, is it likely my car is wired for the module and antenna or no?

You can get a retrofit harness here:

Alternatively you can spend the afternoon in the boneyard pulling the TPMS harness from any A4 sold after September 1st 2007 which would be a MY 2008 A4.

As far as I can tell Audi wasn’t big on prewiring for options on our cars so I doubt you will have it. That being said you will need to remove the left side panel in the trunk to install the controller so you can see if the wiring is in there at that time.
