    USB-C chargers retrofit

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I work for Tesla and I got a couple scrap usb-c chargers we use in our cars. I wanted to try and retrofit it into my car because I hate that we don’t have a built in usb charger like all the new cars.

So this was my first attempt at this so please don’t judge me too hard. This is only a temporary install till I get a few spare parts in.
I need to redo the cover plate clearly, I wasn’t lined up right haha

I have it wired in with a couple spade connectors right now until I can get the right connectors for the adapter harness

But……IT WORKS!! it’s also fast charging!
