Background: I drive in the Arctic and along the Swedish coast and everyone up there have these ridiculous driving lights on their cars, from brand new Volvos that integrate as a grille replacement to lightbars that somehow mount to the license plate. It's pretty dark up there and whatever mix of asphalt they use has low reflective properties making the bi-xenons rather lackluster.
For me, the simplest route would be to replace the fogs with pencil/driving lights. Does anyone make such things and in a cost-effective form? I don't want to do just higher wattage bulbs and load the wiring too much just to spread the extra light directly in front of the car.
