Hi guys.. already cleaned up all drains.. can pour water into the channels and see water coming out trough the four drain holes. The rear part of the glass is no aligned in height with the roof.. like 2 mm so I believe that theres so much water coming in that gets out of the channel and into the headliner.. if pour a lot of water into the channel I can see it on the headliner .. is there supposed to be a seal between the sunroof structure and the roof.. already took out the glass and tried to align it wit the roof but when I open it an close it it will always sit a little lower on the rear side..(the height and position with the 6 screws of the glass) gettin crazy her will take some pics when Im back home..

Not sure, but I think that might have something to do with the tilt function?

The rear drain tubes are known to pop off the sunroof assembly, it's a plastic press on ball thing. The fronts are rubber hoses over a barb that aren't going anywhere. One of the rears might have popped off. Headliner removal may be in your future.

You can adjust the tilt of the glass with an Allen wrench. If I remember correct it’s under dome light. If you remove the cover you will see the Allen screw.

I had the same issue 2 years ago. Seal went bad to the point when the glass guy came to change it he just pushed the glass out by hand from the inside of the car. I never realized it was loose cause I only drive the car about once a month.

The top seal is just a wind/beauty seal fyi, it's the glue that fails that allows leaks/looseness.
