Full throttle crank no fire… Does it work?

I know this is a thing for other brands (Ford and Subaru), so you can prime the filter after an oil change. Whenever I do an oil change on this car the lifters sound terrible for the first 2-3 seconds. I’ve never tried the foot on the floor thing because I don’t want to immediately send it to 7000 lol.

I wouldn’t ever do the foot on the floor trick but you can easily pull the fuse for the ignition like you’re doing a compression test and just cycle the engine for a few seconds.
