Based on the ad it looks like there are front & rear rs fender liners included. Other than that you can reuse the normal rear bumper posts from the s4 or buy the lighter aluminum euro ones if you want (not needed though). For the front you can either use b5 rs4 front bumper posts, or put some washers/spacers on the s4 posts to extend them out a bit. Beyond that it's pretty much up to you how far you want to go. There's always tiny bits needed like the rivnuts and bolts that attach the rs sideskirts to the body (once the holes are drilled) or you can find another solution. Someone will need to fabricate the rear wheel tub extensions to fit the wider quarter panels. Sedan application obviously requires massive custom work to the rear bumper. You can stick with the s4 window trims or go to the rs window trims. All depends how far you want to go to replicate a full rs4.

This is a complete kit.
Shock mounts are included. Will add to list, thanks.
Liners are included, they are listed.

Belly pan is optional and not considered part of a WB kit IMO - I can definitely source one for you complimentary if you buy this kit.

lol must just be part of my nature to share the wealth! My day job is software support and that mentality bleeds into the car hobbies for sure.

Happy to help with any rs4 conversion questions though since it's all fresh in my mind as I go through it.
