Hi there, I was wondering I bought my car 9 months ago pre owned with 46,000kms on it I have driven it for 48,000kms and also then went Stage 2 with E85.

At 52,000kms my clutches are hesitating changing gears at high RPM and overheating this is indicating to me the clutches are worn out. Is this common at this many KM's to be worn out?

Is the DQ500 tuned? Normally a stage 2 RS3 engine producing allot more power should also have the DSG tuned...

Yes my Stage 2 DSG is tuned as well with increased clamping pressure. Currently to get me by they have done stage 3 clamp pressure at tuners.

I am jealous! Yes I have, right now with Stage 3 clamp force it is okay but it is not hesitating but it is overheating easy. Do you have any hesitation between gear shifts sometimes? I am in the same boat so yesterday I ordered Deka Clutches so hopefully should be here in the next 4 weeks I will get them fitted and also replacing the factory DSG plastic oil tubes with Billet Aluminum ones because they prone to breaking under high HP. Also get my Mechatronic unit solenoids looked at too that push the oil around make sure it is all in good working order so i don't have to pull it out again lol
