110k+ 2015 S8 with great records

Someone tell me if I am being an idiot but my dream car has always been a D4 S8. Found one at a Porsche dealer with 113k on the clock but one owner and the carfax shows it was regularly maintained. Add to the fact the turbos were replaced a few months back, fuel pumps and RF engine mount. Which from my research is the majority of any well known issues.

Or should I run away? Not expecting to keep it over 2 years and I drive about 4000 miles a year. After two years, trade it in for a Plus model is my plan
