i know u beat it with ur stage 1 tune but here is my single pulley epl run

was low 2500 rpm launch and i belive 6800 rpm shifts.

left lane, right lane was apr dual pulley car for comparison( he was little more heat soaked then i was)

im now 034 and dp but havent had chance for a good 1/4 mile run. it did shave a little off my 0 to 60 tho 3.6 now

irun 93 octane but in ma we have bad gas and see lot of timing pull. lately been running the 91 octane tune with the 93 octane gas n still seeing very little timing correction

12.35 @ 113mph, no cooling mods. On a cold day. I don't think that I launched it correctly.

Crec, SC pulley. I'm looking for the screenshot from my draggy.
    Also I did hit a 3.55 0-60, but didn't get a full 1/4 run on that pull.

I have not. I am way behind on oil change. Have an appointment on Nov 7th to get it changed.
Plan to go try some more pulls in Mid Nov when it's cooler.

I'm wondering about everybody's shift points. Do you run it to redline or shift a bit earlier? It seems that if I shift around 6900 I get a bit of a harder shift. Whether or not that actually makes a difference, I don't know. The butt dyno feels great when I do it. Do you use different shift points per gear? First and second gear are gone in a blur and third with it's different gearing takes a bit longer. Anyone experimented with this. Also can you list launch technique? Longer hold in S or M? Begin in S and shift to M? Rev until just before the transmission would settle and release early?

I use 7250 RPM shift point in all gears.

My launch technique with Melen TCU:

    1) Traction control off

    2) Manual mode

    3) Brake boost at your desired RPM

    4) Release the brake and manage the throttle to not spin ;)

    5) Redline all gears and let the TCU does it job.

Check how tight your SC belt are and how she look.

Change your belt and tell me if that improve your shift in high RPM.

I'll have to do some research then. The belt is probably under 2 years old and I don't think I've been beyond 7000 RPM more than 10 times. I have a Berk tune that I put on a year ago so I couldn't rev past 6250 until last September. Berk told me to launch in S and switch to M. He said if I launched in M with a hold longer than a few seconds it was going to break the tires free. Wanted to hit the track today, but couldn't. It was 2 degrees this morning (32F) so the car was feeling rowdy but there was way more traffic than I anticipated and I was on back roads by factories. No good spot or time to launch given how fast the car is going to move.

I hope to hear from some others and maybe it should be part of the 3.0T quarter mile sticky in regards to launch technique and tune. Some of us might be leaving a few tenths on the table.
