Will 19x9.5” ET+45 fit without rubbing? With 034 springs.

Hi all, I think this is my first post. I’ve been lurking for probably around 10-15 years. Looking at getting new wheels. Right now, I’m running 19X8.5 et+32 with 255 35 19 and 6mm spacers. With my springs, I’m as far out as I can possibly go without the rears rubbing on bumps. Pic for reference.

I’m looking at some new wheels that are 19x9.5” et+45. I’m worried about rubbing while turning now because the offset moves me inward quite a bit. I’ve played with the offset calculator and seems like the 6mm spacers will coincidentally move me out to the exact same place with 25.5mm more wheel inward.

Factory wheels are 8.5”, 42 (I think), so if my math is correct, take out the 6mm spacer and add in the offset difference and I’m good going 16mm more inward. It’s the difference to 25.5mm that I’m concerned about.

    Thoughts? Any help is appreciated.

19x9.5 ET45 clears the suspension fine, even with 265/35. But yeah, a 5mm spacer would provide a flush fit. But I did personally test 19x9.5 ET45 on 265/35 and it was fine.

Not sure ET45 on it's own would clear the calipers, but with a 6mm spacer I think you're good.

Thanks, guys. I linked up with Mops and am going in a totally different direction with 19x9.5, et+40. I didn't realize the ones I was looking at were HEAVY.

The 19x9.5 ET45 flow formed wheels from both HRE and BBS clear the caliper, as they keep the same flat spoke profile as the 8.5 variants. 👍🏼

Are those tsw Bathurst wheels? Did you have to use a spacer up front to clear the caliper or did you just want to get them as flush as possible?

They cleared just fine. I wanted a more flush fit.

(Sorry, I thought I responded last night)

It’s stiffer. The reviews that say it’s no different are BS. I generally prefer it, but I pulled my back a week ago and have put in comfort a couple of times since then. Don’t get old.

44 here. I’ll probably end up selling them. Need to decide if I keep these as a mounted spare set of wheels/tires or if I want to move these tires back to OEM wheels…likely the latter.
