Rear door windows not going up all the way - 2015 A7

The driver side rear door window doesn't go all the way up to close the gap. it leaves a small gap and not seal all the way. I am afraid water may get in.
Is there a way to adjust the window to go up a little more?

The 7 windows get weird after controllers or other disconnects happen, not saying that is what the issue is but when I've reconnected the door modules most of the time it takes some cycles for it to reset. Have never needed to do a calibration for the windows but bet there is a process with the frameless windows.
