B6 cabriolet to sedan front fender compatibility?

I don't know if this has been posted before but I'm looking for information on whether or not a right front fender from a 2005 cabriolet (convertible) would fit and directly bolt on to my 2003 sedan without any modifications. Obviously, both are the same B6 generation.

My right front fender is really bad just above the rocker panel and I've found this 2005 cabby with the same colour (Dolphine Grey) at a DIY Pick 'n Save scrap yard. It'll be nice to know if anyone has done this before so I spend the time and effort to pull it off the donor car.

    Thanks in advance and cheers!

Is the cabby that different than the sedan that the front end is incompatible? I know from the door back is different but the front end?

Yeah. I've realized after I wrote my first response that the cabby may have been a continuation of the B5 or a mis-mash of parts - something along those lines.

    Thanks.

    Thanks.
Not even close to a B5. Looks more like a Passat front end.

If you are up for a road trip we are currently parting out a dolphin grey B6. We unfortunately don’t ship, especially body panels.
