Ha! I didn't see that one! Some of his external part repairs (HPFP, vac pump, water pump, etc) can be pretty useful in terms of knowing locations, tools, and time allotments, but there are other videos online (DAP/HumbleMechanic/FCP) that are better for tear down repairs and the like.

Regarding Natown Tuner....I used to enjoy watching his videos. But the more I watched them, the more I realized that he's basically a hack. Sure, he has some knowledge of the platform for sure, but the guy is really like many other mechanics I've known over the years who are just complete hacks in every way. That's the reason why nobody touch my car but me. That said, I did learn a few things from Naptown, but I'd still never let him anywhere near my car under any circumstances. Plus, he's gone totally off the rails lately in a desperate attempt to build his channel.

He will block you (which hides your comments) if you question the validity of his claims, or ask for any documented proof, which he says he has.

Unfortunately many of his followers are young, naive, impressionable and/or very new to the platform, and he takes advantage of their lack of knowledge.

i just want to see the 6466 put to good use. i have not watched all his videos but i did browse through his 800 build vids quickly.

I've never heard of this dude until now. Went through about 15 videos and... there's just... so much to say. 455hp on an OTS APR K04 tune. Turn off 'automatic upshift' via ODBEleven so you can access more power hiding beyond redline. Redlining your brand new big turbo without any tuning on stock internals (I saw no mention or video with any internal build), then exclaiming how hard it pulls when we can all see it take three seconds to get from 15mph to 45mph. That third-party virtual cockpit was terrible, and I think he came to the conclusion eventually too without admitting it - the RPM display lagged so far behind real-time. The RSQ8 "race" that wasn't a race. Same with the RS5 'race' - the other guy wasn't expecting it until this guy decided to launch on him, then called it a race to 40mph after the RS5 quickly caught up.

Phew... man. I think he likes to add marketing numbers on top of each other, and thinks they actually calculate out that way - and that there's hidden power in places the powerband doesn't exist.

There's a lot about his build I like (a lot I don't too), but listening to him exaggerate figures and explain how & why it works out the way it does way is painful. I think the worst part of it all is seeing all the younger kids in his replies eating that shit up.
