I ordered in April and i'm told i will be receiving my RS5 sportback in December.

If you have more dates available I'd like to add to our spreadsheet. It's helpful for people to see how long each piece can take. Care to provide more detail on your specific build?

I don't, but you can get your production week from the dealer. We ordered around the same time and mine is 4822 (week 48).

i will see if i can get updated build dates. Its a RS5 sportback in Nardo grey with dymanic package, black optics package and black badges.

Yeah. Seems because I picked a custom colour getting information is a little tough. I've asked for that, couldn't until recently even confirm factory acceptance. Dealer said that the order looked like the factory was doing things "manually" via notes.

Have you ever considered dipping your rims in gloss/satin black or any different color? Personally not a fan of the 2-tone black optic rims. I saw a few pics on the gram but need to see in person I guess.

For whatever tires I decide, I'll probably keep stock width as well.

Thanks. I was told by dealer that there are on options to choose tire brand/model. I'm told they use a couple of different vendors, could be michelin or continental but will depend on supply status.

I was also told they froze changes at the beginning of September and that delivery date is projected to be mid Nov. to early Dec.

Congrats! What model is your 2023? Somebody else here probably knows more than I but I believe the RS5 wheels size hasn’t changed.

You can put my order date as Jan 20, 2022 (ordered 2022) or May 2022 (updated order to 2023 because 2022's were sold out).

My production week changed to 4522, and my estimated Dealer ETA is now March '23.

It has Continental sport contact 6 tires. I really like this car. Just sitting and listening to the radio is nice.

So I found out from our dealer:

Order created: 5/26/2022
Factory submitted: 7/27/2022
Assigned Port: Davisville, RI
Frozen to changes: 09/06/2022
Production week: 4022
Dealer delivery: 11/15 - 12/05

but they are guessing that it'll arrive later than the projected delivery date.

Well just received word my car has been pushed back from December and now is expected to land in NJ between 2/27/23-3/11/23 but i'm ok with that. One less thing in the garage in the winter.

After looking at the used market for low-mileage '21 or '22 coupes, I decided it didn't make sense to buy used based on the inflated pricing, so I called around to the Seattle-area dealers only to find none of them had an RS5 allocation available, or were still asking for MSRP + $5k to order a '23. However, I expanded my search and Audi of Beaverton had an existing RS5 order they had placed for stock, and were able to change the order to my spec preferences for MSRP.

I placed my deposit yesterday (11/12), for a '23 RS5 Coupe, Ascari Blue, Competition Package, Navigation, RS Driver's Assistance Package, and Black Roof. Estimated delivery date is last week in April/1st week in May, which is perfect timing for getting past the brunt of the winter driving season.

Mine has now gone from week 40, to week 44, to week 48, and now week 10! Dealer says they're estimates and he's seen them swing in/out, but I'm not hopeful of it coming back to this year. I sold my car two weeks ago and I'm driving a beater currently; not sure I'll wait that long.

Precisely , and especially when CPO , a '21 is only 10k cheaper than a new 23 in some instances.
I had to drive 9 hours from home to get mine because either there was no stock how I wanted it, or there was a markup.

It's a 2019 Mythos Black Metallic, Black/Red seats, RS Driver Assistance, Dynamic, Matte Alum Carbon, Dynamic Steering, etc... AND a flat bottom steering wheel.

It's pretty close to the '23 I had on order except the color and the Carbon instead of the Black Optic (nice, free upgrade IMO).

It does have 30k miles, but was first titled June 2020 so it still has 20 months factory warranty. Also has the 30-40-50 Audi Care still intact. Bonus, the tires are brand new.

Call Audi, they may allow you to extend your lease a few months.

Are they coupes? Do you know if they are actually available or "incoming"? A lot of dealers will post vehicles that have been "sold" already.

Are you talking about the Audi Canada website? I assumed so since your location says Ontario, Canada. I don't see any RS5 Sportbacks available in Ontario, and 3 available in the entire country.

Same here. I see two in Quebec that's it.

My spec is not that special. Nardo SB, red calipers, sport package, RS design pack, black rings and badges, heated rear seats park assist and HUD.

I talked to my sales guy and we're trying to add the competition package to see if that changes the build date. Conp pack means deleting sport package, black rings and Rs design pack so overall about $7k additional.

Yeah but then you have to add the $6k additional for CCBs if you want the "full" competition package.
