As far as Girodisc is concerned, we did a Porsche club tour up there (about 100mi from my house) a few years ago and they make everything in house except the nuts/bolts. Pretty impressive modern facility setup with 3 axis CNC milling machines. They even have a metalurgical testing station to test the quality of there Steel & Aluminum stock. Girodisc may be the exception but they do have a reputation in the racing world pretty much like no other company here in N. America.
There's another company that CNC's their own hats: JHM with their made in America rotors. Theirs are actually lighter weight too.

However, you don't CNC the discs. Those have to come from somewhere. If those are made in America, probably same place JHM gets them. Secret sauce but it's in USA, same place that produces rotors for NASCAR.
