    Post TTRS Tail Light OLED

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Hello, I recently purchase a TTRS 2019 with standard LED Tail light and looking for the OLED Version,
    P/N's 8S0945207 8S0945208

Do someone knows where I can purchase them? I'm willing to spend max 1500,00 Euro each one. I ask to Audi to make me a quotation unfortunately they want 5850,00 Euro for both and I think is too much...

Hope someone here can help me to find them.

    Thanks!

Here you go. About $4k USD and you need a VAGCOM to program them.

Are you sure about this? EuroPrice sells EU OLEDs for $4k and note they require coding although they are plug n play for wiring etc apparently. Someone reached out to Audi on these forums too about converting over and was also told that the signals are different and wiring too.

I have those EU OLEDs and they’re plug and play. Start up animation is wired in and there are some things you can do with coding but not necessary at all. Actually considering selling them to get more performance mods. Open to offers if anyone want to PM me. They’re like new with xpel ppf and ceramic coating.

What does the coding control if the startup animations work as expected?

You can code them to stay on as DRLs and to turn off the brake light as a blinker so that it only does the sweep.

Also coding can remove the tail light blinking with start up so it would only be the animation.

yes, 2 friends of mine bought OLED's from european dealers via ebay at those prices, and installed them into their TTS and RS without any coding or additional wiring, totally plug&play, however their cars were EU models, not sure if on US models something changes

Can confirm I purchased and installed these and no coding is required. I did code the blinkers to stay off so they are dynamic only. I'd love to see some illustrations of the DRL type coding... Not sure I've seen a comparison.

    Yea
    Easiest way to explain

The tail lights are a plug and play -NO CODING IS REQUIRED

The coding we are all talking about is to just have the dynamic flash on without the total light “blink”

Even on the stock tailights you could apply the coding

If you go out to your car right now, start it and put the hazards or turn signal on and look at them, you will see the dynamic sweep at the bottom, and the whole tail light blinks (LED)

The coding merely eliminates the led “blink” and just retains the sweep

I applied the coding to my wifes stock 2018 (regular tail lights) even (adaptation channels slightly different but essentially same procedure)

I think i have a video of her car to if you want to compare, but probably have to send it via email, instagram or whatever so you can see it if interested still

looks this is the std coding for europe (?), when turn signal is active, there is only the LED sweeping

I believe that is correct. US dot has always required a "flash" of the brake light.

I randomly lucked out and had some ones stock coding tail lights on a 18 TTRS in front of my wifes on an local audi meet/cruise
Hopefully link stay active long enough

This is a good video because it uses stock tails on both cars (the exact same) with just the coding mentioned for apples to apples comparison

If you just plug in the OLED’s

Theyll operate fine just loook like the yellow stock coding car
