I did misinterpret the intent of your post. Sorry.
That said, consider my comments as you decide how much power your car has. Your baseline is way too high for the peak numbers to be valid.
Regarding 20%, everything I have read over the years assigns 18% - 20% drive train loss for AWD vehicles. If you can believe 034 dyno numbers, which match Audi's numbers, the drive train loss is 19% on the car they tested. I used 20% just to keep the math simple.
Also, I was looking at the baseline hp which you said had everything but the air intake disabled. And air intakes alone don't add any significant power. If I apply 20% to your baseline hp I get 495 at the crank. If I apply the 28% that you suggested, your baseline hp would be 528 at the crank. Neither of these numbers could possibly be correct. The stock RS5 plus an air intake could not produce 495 hp, much less the 528 if we use your numbers.
If you are trying to match your numbers with those from someone else, you need to consider the baseline numbers. If they don't match, you can't directly compare the peak numbers.
My intent was to be helpful, not to fight. I'm sorry it got contentious.
