Another p0016 ?

I've searched through alot of p0016 threads and cant quite find an exact answer for my issue. Its the only code my car is showing, but I have almost no power coming from a dead stop. When I get out on the highway, it comes up to speed, but not as quickly as it used to. Seems to "chug" once or twice, but still no pull when I hit the gas to pass someone. It's a 2008 A4 that's got 196,000 miles on it, just trying to decide if its on its way out or if I should dump some cash to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

Your symptoms are exactly like every other one out there so I'm not sure what you are asking. If you have done all the research you know what the typical culprits are.
