Touareg 4.2 AXQ timing belt screw up?

Hi all, I'm in the middle of changing my timing belt and I've got everything back together, but when I manually turn the crankshaft by hand, I can hear a pop/crunch noise coming from the driver side cam at 6, 18, and 36 seconds in this video. All of my timing marks line up, but the noise is scaring me from starting it and I just want to make sure this is normal? Probably due to having the spark plugs still in and being harder to turn? Or what I might have broken during the process?

I should also add that the drivers side cam spun abruptly about 40 degrees clockwise when I was trying to remove the belt, but from what I've read on these forums, this seems like a common heart attack inducing occurrence?

    Thanks in advance!

Bump/update, I triple checked everything and then started it up. It made a terrible clatter from what sounded like the drivers side cam chain for a few seconds (I think this is because it was sitting for almost 2 months without running so there was zero oil pressure on startup? Is there a way to prime it in these cases? I’ve read about pulling the fuel pump fuse and cranking it with the starter to build pressure, but I’m worried that might kill the starter?)

It then idled pretty roughly with a misfire on cylinder 6, which it wasn’t doing before. I took it back apart thinking I was off a tooth and all of my timing marks are still perfect, and I still have the exact same number of teeth between my marks as I did on the old belt. Did I screw something up or what are the odds a spark plug or coil needs replacing at the exact same time? Or could/should I reset the ecu to see if that fixes it? The only noticeable difference I can tell is that the belt is much tighter than before.
