Dears,
I hope I'll find some help here for my annoying problem !
I bought a 2020 new A6 C8 sedan, having as I knew after, a MIB3 basic MMI, AKA MMI Radio Plus.

This version has no built-in communication (4G, WiFi) nor GPS navigation, but what I'm really missing is the Carplay/Android Auto option

After reading some official Audi documentation, I know now there is possible for this hardware to support the Carplay through a license to activate the Audi Smartphone Interface. A friend has also the same hardware with the option enabled from Audi.

I asked Audi Morocco several times but they don't sell the license and I feel that the don't have enough knowledge about the MMI features. I got no response from Audi France and Spain (the closest European countries to me).

This is a snapshot of my MMI showing the hardware (3385) and the software version.

Unfortunately, using the MyAudi app doesn't fix the problem, as there is no option in "features on demand" for this model.

I know that MIB3 is relatively new and not hackable yet, but I'm searching for a legal (and even paid) way to enable the feature without losing my warranty (5 years here in Morocco).

I'm also wondering if there is a repository when I can download an official MMI update for my car to have at least the last software version.

Thanks a lot for your help!
