    where does the SMA/FAKRA D connect to ?

    Since the integrated 3G data modem is obsolete now, we remove the GSM cable purple FAKRA D connector from the MMI main unit/modem and connect the GSM cable to the short SMA/FAKRA D cable and on to the SMA connector on the LTE modem.

    With the GSM antenna cable removed from the 3G modem, J794 throws DTC "01524 - Antenna for Telephone 011 - Open Circuit", which, of course, can't be cleared, but can be ignored (until we're able to remove the modem module from the MMI main unit physically). --g
