Many of our TB files require a harness or a repin. My best advice will always be to email [email protected].

I've been hearing that the 207mm pulley breaks the bolts after installation. Is that true, and what can be done to prevent this? thanks

When installing any crank pulley upgrade, it is absolutely critical that a professional install it. You must ensure that the offset bolt is properly located and that everything is torqued to spec with Loctite. The bolts that we include with our 207mm Pulley are more than up to the task and the loads at play given their Grade 12.9 rating.

We've had extremely minimal cases observed with failures utilizing our pulley, and do encourage anyone who has had any issues to please email [email protected]

Thanks. I will schedule time to get this installed with a shop near me called PPR Motorsports. I will keep this chat updated. Also after the pulley is installed, can I run OEM BOX still and stock cats and exhaust? I currently have an IE downpipe, OEM cats, and OEM exhaust.

Running a 207mm crank pulley would put you at Stage 2+ ECU, and will also require an upgraded cold air intake and supercharger heat exchanger. However, OEM cats work just fine on all Stages of tuning we offer for this platform. Assuming you will be acquiring those required upgrades, you can still drive around with the stock intake and heat exchanger, but I would not push it hard or run them for long and upgrade them as soon as you can.
