Basically, you're going to take the steering wheel off and the trim around the steering column off. But this is why you get all the manuals, not just the one you think you need (suspension/wheels/steering in this case), as you need the body interior one for the trim removal instructions.
The installation steps are more tedious; you're definitely going to want to be able to look those over.
